
The Carlisle boys cross country team ran at the Norwalk Invitational on Oct. 2. The No. 7 ranked Wildcats placed second with 50 points. Meet champion, No. 11 ranked Bondurant-Farrar, captured the team title with 40 points. No. 8 ranked C.R. Xavier came in third with 55 points. Carlisle had three medalists, led by Carter Logue's fourth-place finish. Collin Lister was right behind him in fifth place, and Kobi Sadler came in at eighth place. Rounding out the varsity team was Kyle Miller (16th), Kolby Fritz (17th), Jon Flaws (19th), and Nate Rowray (34th).
The JV boys also came in second place, just nine points behind meet champion Pella. Brandon Kesner was the overall JV race champion coming in at 18:23. That time would have placed him 14th in the varsity race. Also scoring for the JV squad were Cole Osterhaus (6th), Kaden Sadler (11th), Ethan Schlichte (13th), and Hunter Snyder (14th). Noah Imhoff (19th) and Nate Norton (28th) round out the JV top seven.
Collin Lister, Brandon Kesner, Kaden Sadler, Ryan Mohwinkle, Dalton Hinders, Quincy Griffin, Carter Sorensen, and Tyler Crall all got their season's best times tonight!
