The Carlisle girls split a pair of home games in the past week falling to Dallas Center-Grimes and edging Bondurant-Farrar.
The Wildcats rallied in the second half after trailing 19-12 at the break to beat Bondurant-Farrar 35-33 on Nov. 30. Junior Molly Hoekstra led Carlisle with 16 points to go with six rebounds, three assists, two steals and three blocks. Senior Megan Sievers added six points, three rebounds and a steal. Sophomore Sydney Berg and junior Kennedy Preston each had five points. Berg added seven rebounds and two assists while Preston had four assists, five steals and a rebound. Junior Kennady Prenosil had three points and a pair of assists. Junior Delaney Schnathorst had a pair of steals.
Carlisle was outscored 19-2 in the fourth quarter in a 43-30 loss to Dallas Center-Grimes on Nov. 27. Hoekstra led Carlisle with 11 points and added five rebounds, an assist, two steals and a blocked shot. Sievers had seven points, two rebounds, an assist and four steals. Schnathorst had six points, six rebounds, an assist and a steal. Berg had four points and a team-leading eight rebounds. Preston added two points, three rebounds, three assists and a steal. Sophomore Aubrey Furnal had two assists and Prenosil had a rebound and a steal.
The 2-1 Wildcats are scheduled to host Des Moines Lincoln on Dec. 3 and Perry on Dec. 7.
