Wildcats Finish Third at PCM Invite

The Wildcats started the new year at the PCM Invite along with 13 other teams. The Cats competed with 12 wrestlers and took third place to two solid teams in the state in PCM and Creston-OM. Carlisle scored 140 points in a tough tournament. The Wildcats were the second largest in seed-place difference, which means they wrestled/placed better than their seeds more than every other team except for one. Out of the 12 competing wrestlers, all scored points for the Wildcats. The Cats put their foot on the throttle and scored more points in matches than any other team at the tournament. Carter Logue was the champion at 120 lbs and had four pins, which tied for the most in the tournament.
