The Carlisle Wildcat boys placed second at the Pella State Qualifying Meet and punched their ticket to state for the sixth consecutive year! The Cats scored 85 points behind meet champion Pella's 57, and ahead Newton's 90.

The team was led by automatic qualifiers (Top 15) Chase Gach in 7^th place with a time of 17:14, and Brayden Kessler in 14^th place with a time of 17:29.  Also running well for Carlisle were Mattix Benefiel in 17^th place (17:32), Zach Streeter in 21^st place (17:39), Mason Ramsey in 26^th place (17:56), Logan Howard in 27^th (18:00), and Kamden Brown in 34^th place (18:13). 

The state meet will be held in Fort Dodge on October 29^th!
