The Carlisle Cross Country team opened their season Aug. 30th at the DCG Invitational. The Wildcats got 4th place in a highly competitive field that consisted of ranked teams from all 4 classes. Leading the way for the Wildcats was Kael Streeter with a 7th place finish. Also among the top 25 for the boys were Kamden Brown (12th), Brody Roth (20th), and Logan Howard (22nd). Rounding out the top 10 Wildcat finishers were Harrison Eighmy (26th), Ezra DeCleene (27th), Chase Gach (29th), Zach Streeter (30th), Lincoln Eighmy (31st), and Josh Lancaster (37th). Nine Wildcats ran in their first high school cross country meet. DCG awards medals to the top 7 in each age division. Logan Howard (4th) and Lincoln Eighmy (7th) placed as seniors, Kamden Brown (2nd) and Harrison Eighmy (5th) placed as sophomores, and Kael Streeter was the 2nd fastest freshman in the race.
