The Carlisle Cross Country team opened their season Aug. 30^th at the DCG Invitational.  The Wildcats got 4^th place in a highly competitive field that consisted of ranked teams from all 4 classes.  Leading the way for the Wildcats was Kael Streeter with a 7^th place finish.  Also among the top 25 for the boys were Kamden Brown (12^th), Brody Roth (20^th), and Logan Howard (22^nd).  Rounding out the top 10 Wildcat finishers were Harrison Eighmy (26^th),  Ezra DeCleene (27^th), Chase Gach (29^th), Zach Streeter (30^th), Lincoln Eighmy (31^st), and Josh Lancaster (37^th). Nine Wildcats ran in their first high school cross country meet. DCG awards medals to the top 7 in each age division.  Logan Howard (4^th) and Lincoln Eighmy (7^th) placed as seniors, Kamden Brown (2^nd) and Harrison Eighmy (5^th) placed as sophomores, and Kael Streeter was the 2^nd fastest freshman in the race.
