Seventeen Wildcats Record Best Times

The Carlisle Boys Cross Country team ran at the Indianola Invitational on Sept. 22.  The Varsity Boys placed 6th out of 13 mostly 4A schools.  Kael Streeter led the Wildcats with a 15th place finish in 17:02.  Kamden Brown was close behind in 17th place in 17:06.  Also running well for the varsity squad were Brody Roth in 17:25 (31st), Zach Streeter in 17:30 (34th), Logan Howard in 17:30 (35th), Ezra DeCleene in 17:51 (46th), and Lincoln Eighmy in 17:53 (47th).

The JV Boys tied for 3rd with Ankeny Centennial, but lost out on the tiebreaker to get 4th. Chase Gach was the overall race winner in 17:40.  Also in the top 7 for the JV were Harrison Eighmy in 18:07 (9th), Mattix Benefiel in 18:32 (22nd), Josh Lancaster in 18:33 (23rd), Talan Walstrom in 18:37 (26th), Raymond Birech in 19:08 (38th), and Ben Imhoff in 19:29 (43rd).
