The Carlisle girls track and field team finished as runners-up at the state qualifying meet in North Polk behind a strong DCG squad. The top two finishers in each event automatically qualified for the state meet.  At-large berths are given to the next best eight performances from all combined 3A state qualifying meets from around the state.  Here are the automatic and at-large qualifiers:
