The temperature was cold, but the team ran HOT!! Carlisle won the Bill Miller Invite at Van Meter April 19 by scoring 147 points. 

First-place victories included Isabelle N in the long jump, Ainsley E in the 1500m, 4x100m (Sage A- Aubrey M- Danica P- Isabelle N). Isabelle also had a 2nd place in the 200m dash and Ainsley and the 4x800m (Marie D- Tessa E- Maya B- Ainsley E) placed 2nd behind a very quick Van Meter team. The shuttle hurdle team of Reagan R, Cece F, Katie K, and Laura D placed 2nd. 

There were plenty of 3rd place finishes in the meet behind Riley S in the 3000m (with a huge PR), Logan B in the shot put, Lindy N (with a huge PR), Cadence S High Jump, Aubrey M in the 100m (another PR), and the distance medley relay team (Danica P- Kira F- AshleeKay C- Marie D). 

Additional PRs hit by the team included Sage A in the 100m, Tessa E in the 800m, Kira F in the 800m, Reagan R in the 100m hurdles, Bri W in the 3000m, and Maya B in the 1500m. 

The Cats have their last day of Drake qualifying on Thursday at Urbandale. Our home track meet is on April 28th, 2022 at Carlisle High School!
